Your Custom Build Journey
Schedule a consultation and a Cascade Project Manager will meet with you to discuss your project. We follow with a proposal that includes project options and costs. We then incorporate your feedback and finalize our project agreement, budget and schedule.
Once construction begins, you will receive access to our online building portal to access real-time updates on your project. Cascade will manage every aspect of the construction of your home from start to finish, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality in every detail.
