Cascade Custom Homes is the concerted vision of Sami Rafeeh and Kris Markowski, both equally passionate about bringing beauty and function to the architectural landscape of Toronto and it's surrounding suburbs.

For Rafeeh, Cascade was born out of his passion for residential real estate development. A demanding builder, he has earned a reputation for delivering remarkable residential projects built with both purpose and precision. He has channelled his architectural vision and building expertise into the residential custom home arena; to deliver elegant, quality homes to satisfy equally demanding clients. "Together with a professional team, we ensure that your custom home is developed in harmony with your unique lifestyle, in order that you may always live well and beautifully," explains Rafeeh.
The themes of elevated architectural design and construction quality are apparent in every aspect of Cascade's mission. "When it comes to building, above all else we value form, function and inspired design," explains Markowski, whose own design and construction experience played a part in the Cascade vision. "The result is elegant luxury custom homes that truly elevate the every day."
For Rafeeh and Markowski, the impressive development of residential properties across the Greater Toronto Area is a testament to Cascade's success.
